MEET SANDRA

Sandra began ordering her environment as soon as she was tall enough to reach a drawer. That skill followed her into adulthood and became apparent in every profession she pursued from florist assistant to managing the accounting for a multi-million dollar oilfield company. Even though Sandra has been successful in other fields, she knew there had to be something that could utilize her diverse skill set and at the same time quench her desire to work with people to improve their lives. 

As a hands-on consultant, Sandra assists people in simplifying life by coaching, training and implementing realistic organizational techniques. Sandra was trained as a professional organizer in 2012 through the Professional Organizers in Canada (POC) and was the Financial Coordinator and a Board member of POC’s local Edmonton Chapter. 

Sandra also understands it's about more than just your belongings, and there are significant psychological and emotional factors in bringing balance to your life, so she works holistically, using Reiki, the Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) and other energy movement techniques in addition to organizing. Sandra has been a Reiki Master for over 12 years and has been Tapping more than 5 years and been an EFT Practitioner since early 2018. In addition to the POC, she holds a membership with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC), the Association of EFT Professionals (AEFTP) and Your Holistic Earth. She was also the Treasurer for Professional Organizers in Canada and the not-for-profit AIMHH (Association for Integrative Medicine and Holistic Healing).

In 2019, Sandra added Speaking to her skills and now frequently speaks at summits, on podcasts, during lunch and learns, and health related events. Interviews have been conducted in the US, including California, Australia, and multiple spots in Canada.

Sandra is also excited to announce her first book, HEAL Volume 3 (Heal 3.0) was released May 5, 2021 on Amazon.ca. She is so proud to be one of the co-authors of this publication, made possible by Your Holistic Earth. The story she shares in the book is about her journey to not only believing in energy but becoming the person she is today. In addition to running her own company, Sandra is also a mom and loves jigsaw puzzles, dancing and live music.
